Frequently Asked Questions by an Employer or Member

While there is no way to provide answers for every possible question...Below are some of the more frequently asked questions we have received. If you still need help with a specific question click - I Have a Question - and we will respond A.S.A.P.

Q. Which additional sites do my jobs get posted to?

A. At the present time positions are posted to Yahoo, Alta Vista, American Job Board, and Vault. Depending on the type of job it may be spidered to hundreds of additional sites. These sites change frequently.

Q. Can more than one person in an office be using the system at the same time?

A. Yes-As long as you are not trying to signin with the same User Id and password.

Q. How long does a job posting last before it has to be updated?

A. A job will remain active on the site for a maximum of 90 days. If you are a "Full Service" member you have the option to extend it past the 90 days by going to the "manage jobs" page and extending the job by following the instructions.

Q. I'm not a "Full Service Plan" member and only post single jobs occasionally, how long does my posting last?

A. Your job posting will be posted for 90 days, at which time it will expire. If you choose the job must then be reposted.

Q. How many jobs can I post with my "Full Service Plan"

A. With the "Full Service" plan you have unlimited job postings. Post as many jobs as you want. We encourage you to do so - The more you post the more you fill.

Q. When I post a job, how long before its viewable from the job search page?

A. Your job should be viewable within 30-45 minutes of posting.

Q. Is the username and password fields case sensitive?

A. Yes. Make sure you are using lowercase
